app no longer remembers my card for easy adding funds and more frustratingly, won't connect to internet unless I hotspot wifi from my husband's phone. my data connection is fine, everything else works fine, but this app insists there's no internet connection. every time now. we'll not be using it anymore if that doesn't resolve, because I usually do laundry on my own and I refuse to keep fighting with it.

My dorm made me install this to do my laundry and it doesn't work. I have a Samsung S7. The app doesn't let me add funds. Whenever I bring it in front of the machine, the app restarts and brings me back to the previous menu. I have already tried deleting the cache and app data and it did nothing. I do not think this app is optimized for Android. EDIT: I forgot to update this review months ago. After contacting them through email, they fixed the problem. This review is now 4 stars.

For the last two months, the app has only worked as a wallet, and not always. It doesn't show available machines, time, end of cycle... - nothing except the amount of money in the account. Often the terminal doesn't want to read information from the app, so you always need to have cash with you.

0 stars - this app is completely non-functional. After signing in it just stalls. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't do anything. Cute logo is about it. Lousy FAQ and without any instruction at all - I have to go to another laundry website to even get instructions - it could be because the app simply stalls. I have a Samsung Galaxy. Oh well, I guess I go to the old fashioned laundromat and get a bag of quarters.

I just started doing laundry at this location so I can't leave 5 stars although, I really like it. Anne Marie is really helpful and cheerful. I like the laundry process, the use of the cards and the different options to wash because everyone is different. I like the children's area and the vending machines. The chairs are comfortable. The facility is clean and spacious and the music is nice. It is very family friendly.

barely functional. This app should pay me for the inconvenience of being forced to try to use it. Timings? Way off. Need to add more dry time? Better grab a seat; you'll be trying to activate the option to add time for about 5 minutes. This app is hilariously broken. Good luck!

I'm not sure if they changed management or just changed apps. But the Baker centre's laundry has moved from cycle pay to this app. I don't like the fact that it wouldn't let me move forward with registering my card Without NFC being turned on or me being physically in the laundromat. I can't really check out the app until next time I do laundry I guess. Would have preferred to have it already up and running rather than adding yet another task to the chores I gotta do on laundry day.
