The cricket service has steadily gone downhill. I've been a user for well over 6 years. They will not tell you if and when they decide to drop service for the phone you bought from them, they will throttle, not only the data you actively use, but the data for your messages and calls as well, to the point where your phone is allowed usage of less than a megabyte of data service unless you're on wifi, I have screenshots to back that up

All of a sudden, I'm not getting any text notifications! My family was worried SICK!! All of my settings are properly set and I even restarted the phone but it still does not work properly! Not only that, but notifications insists that notifications from my bank have been turned off AT MY REQUEST! That is not something I would Ever do! AND, it won't let me turn it on! This problem needs to be fixed ASAP!!

I think cricket has good service in most areas. I also think phone plans and data are too expensive. If you run out of data on a cheaper plan, they have few options for adding more to your plan and try to make you to upgrade plans to get a reasonable amount of data for the price. If we could afford ten dollars to add 1gb of data, we could afford the more expensive plan. More options for low income people would be a nice thing to do.The hidden data use on all phones is wrong as well.

I pay my bill with two different debit cards and for the last several months when I go to make the second payment for the remaining balance. It says "oops you might want to check your payment summary to keep from making duplicate payments " so I have to wait for the next day or two before I can pay the remaining balance. This has been happening for like six months and I've done all the updates.

I don't review apps often but when I do, it's because they're amazing or total trash. Cricket has one of, if not the most infuriating apps out there. Incredibly buggy and pointless. You're much better off using the web version for any account access. Do yourself and your mental health a favor and never download this god forsaken app.

Update: i got the $10 credit in my account now it just took longer than i thought it would. Thank you ad it up and cricket! Wait! I just remembered when i went to pay my last bill, there was a technical issue with the cricket app. it said it wouldbt disconnecf my svc but yet still dud n ive not been reimbursed the reconnection $15 fee! Will update if they fix this n credit that $15 back to my account

I've been with Cricket Wireless for close to 10 years. I've had AT&T, and I had other pay as you go plans and so far minus a few hiccups I've had no real serious issues with my service at all! I have 3 lines and you can't beat $123 a month anywhere else and you can upgrade every year! Until I see or have a real bad experience I don't see myself or my family leaving Cricket Wireless for any other over rated phone carriers! We are VERY HAPPY with our service! Thanks Cricket

I've been with Cricket for approx. the past 15 years and I've never had an issue with my service. The app on the other hand is pretty much useless as it constantly crashes and it no longer brings up any info on my line as far as data usage etc. Now it no longer shows info on my other 2 lines. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times to no avail.
