App consistently crashes when trying to enter my license plate. unable to pay for parking.

Cannot register for the app, it just says "Unable to create user". I'm parked. It's 10am, parking is free until 11. I'm going to work. Can't pay in advance, can't use the app, in turn need to leave work to troubleshoot your app/meters. ParkMobile was 1000x better than whatever this is. It's a simple program, should be just fine. Your meters have cameras in my face and on my car, you think you'd be all about getting my contact info and credit card #.

Honestly, this app is almost absolute garbage. I only use it because the city where I live uses its "meters." Every time I use it, it will clear out all my account information except the license plates, which makes me wonder if it's going to pay out I will get a ticket. There's no way to know if the concierge service is correctly working to know if you are OK or could be ticketed and, after you've parked, there's no history of past transactions to see if it worked or what you paid.

This app is total garbage, probably designed to be a scam. Half the time it doesn't even let you pay, gives some vague error, can't pay via credit card or add a balance. Then, since you weren't able to pay, you later get a ticket for non-payment, even if you were there only for the few minutes you spent fighting with the app trying to pay. I can see why the city switched to this vs ParkMobile, I guess they were too reliable and they couldn't make enough money giving parking tickets.

Worked fine for me. Was a bit weird scrolling through the parking sites. You'd think they would be listed 1,2,3, etc, not 1, 10, 101, 102, etc. UPDATE 11/13/22: The app no longer works. Try to login and it says "application not available". Tried all troubleshooting and nothing. Time to uninstall and just pay at the station.

Update as of 4/5/2023: Still difficult to pay within the app and at the pay station. Frequent connection issues Terrible app, and is not intuitive. Have to reput in your credit card and defaults to shortest possible time. Also it doesn't seem to connect well with the parking pillars. And after you buy the parking, it will randomly disappear from active sessions

Absolutely horrible interface. The app has no identifying information associated with parking violations after you enter your citation number. You have to perform trial and error data entry to locate the place your payment is supposed to go. After locating it, you don't know if you're paying the correct amount because there's no dollar amount associated with your citation number. I will make my last visit to Royal Oak, MI to pay this in order to avoid paying the service providers fee.

Too bad you can't give this app zero stars. If you want a parking ticket use this app. Pay for your parking with cash or credit card. More than half the time the pay stations don't work and the light on the balusters are often incorrect. The only thing that works are the cameras so that the city can issue parking tickets. Parking should not be this complicated. I will no longer offer my patronage to any city that uses this system.
