Terrible! Despite being a loyal customer for several years, they have increased my price twice in recent times from $49 to $69. No indication on stopping increases, also no courtesy other than a brief email saying "the price is going up next month". All about the money! As a small business owner, I would 100% not recommend unless you would like to get walked all over. When I asked for help, I got a response from Thailand, didn't answer my questions until I asked repeatedly. Do not download

So far so good. Could use some more optimization and UI cleanup. Lots of features and has eveything most people will need. The app itself is a little slow and could be vastly improved on the speed side of things aswell as a more updated UI for Android anyways. It feels like an IOS app. Also payments should be a bit more focused on. For example if I add a membership to a client I want them to be guided through adding a card and paying for the service.

An incredibly powerful PT app. I suspect that this app is so powerful in fact that a lot of people (PTs) don't know how to configure it, causing it to get bad reviews. Would be nice if there was a solid FAQ for how to configure / troubleshoot the app. I am an IT person so I love figuring this stuff out, but a lot of PT's are not. There is room for improvement, like allowing clients to: upload pictures for PTs, sign up with Google. Integration with zoom / Google Meet would be amazing.

I've found the user experience to be very unreliable. The app says it's saving, but your workouts results are not there the next time you enter the app. I'm back using a pen and paper. Much more reliable and easier to follow!.

All my other exercise apps have the ability to save the class as a calendar item, that would be a great feature. I find the navigation clunky, not sure where to look and the back button doesn't exit the system, I have to minimise to press the close button. Certainly some great improvement opportunities.

My PT, who I've been with for 8 months, started using this a month ago, while he likes it, it's so restrictive as a client, (can't modify workouts, can't change things, can't add notes, can't move things around, dated interface, internet version not mobile compatible to force app use) I've told.my PT unless he finds another way to communicate and log my results, I'm leaving him to find another PT.

New update slow. I understand that redesign is required every now and then. However for my experience it has slowed my access to the other data screens. App loads but it won't move from the first splash screen until it's ready. Tap on sessions or bookings etc nothing happens. After 15 to 20 secs app goes to item I tapped or doesn't at all.

I note that you have updated the app. From an android user, the app still freezes!!!! So frustrating! Since the upgrade, app keeps freezing. Its been 48hrs and this is the third time I have had to uninstall and reinstall. Not sure what the developers did..but you truly messed up....very disappointed
