So far absolute rubbish doesn't work, doesn't update location or journies only time it seems to work is when you ring up to check if there is a problem and they re sync the connection then it works for a while then packs up again

When replaying journeys pointer freezes on map part way through replaying journey, but shows correct journey times and distance in journey table. Finger print security is zero, touch fingerprint square on screen, then at point where it asks you to touch fingerprint scanner on your phone just touch screen anywhere or press back / escape key on phone and hey presto it lets you in. Hope the developer did not have anything to do with my banks internet banking app !!!!!

Not positive. Going back to the old version. The functionality is a welcome improvement but the user interface is very poor especially for journey play back. Why a huge speedometer and tiny map that centres off screen.... Also the alarms and theft reporting could easily be hit by accident. Update: Location not showing on new app. Find on the old one. Please don't discontinue the old app, it is much better...

I've been forced to use this significantly downgraded version of the app. Useful functionality has been removed and the review of previous trips has gone from being a useful image to a real-time replay, which makes no sense for long journeys. The geofence function is no longer activated at a pre-determined time, so it's very easy to forget to set this useful feature. Other reviewers appear to be similarly dissatisfied.

I've been trying to register my account on this app for 5 days now. It fails to send out the verification code I need to complete the process. I've reported it to your support, and been told by email that it's fixed and to try again, but still it says it's sending a code and then doesn't. This means I'm paying for a service that I can't operate as promised. I certainly can't track anything. I'm not sure how this affects my insurance, which is dependent on this tracker operating as advertised.

Difficulties:- 1.Can't move back to homescreen eg from journeys to geofence, need to restart App and log on again. 2. Viewed one journey, wanted to look at another, had to start App again, log in again the it said " No journeys available" when the previous login showed a list! 3. No instructions on how to set up face recognition though the video says it's available to log in. Seems to be an unfinished App.( End)

What's going on, fails to report my correct location always chooses some location on the route. Yesterday 15miles away to day 6 miles away. Started the engine still reports me somewhere else. Also gives false alarms even when I have not moved, I turned the key yesterday and within minutes a warning that I had left the geofence area. If I could find the old app I would download it. Not happy at all particularly as this is a paid service

Not fit for purpose This is my second review, the first highlighting that there is a big security flaw. So after a couple of days use I can say this is rubbish. Can't turn off a geofence, just set to where you are now. So when you go on a journey you get an alert everytime you turn the engine on. How on earth this app got released is mind boggling. Would give zero if I could.
