This is the only Nespresso app available in Cyprus for some reason, but it doesn't have Cyprus on the list of countries. You can choose SAR or Saudi Arabia but then the app is completely useless, doesn't do pairing with the coffee machine, only offers to buy coffee in Saudi Arabia. Total waste of time and space.

What a great app! Easy to use and a much nicer experience than ordering online, especially when using a mobile. I like that all the options and basic info are available in one long list for a quick "add to basket" option, but there's also an option to click on a pod to get more detail. Such a pleasant shopping experience!

This app is very useful, but it still needs a lot of development. It's great for ordering coffee. Areas for improvement: A search function, more detailed info on what sizes and recipes various capsules are best suited for, as they appear on the sleeves (originals in my case), ability to retry a payment when an order goes into "pending payment" (as opposed to reordering).

I absolutely enjoy the app , it is simple and smooth , it works great with just one button you can order from a great selection and not to mention the delivery is free ! The only thing I wish they could add is choosing capsules individually like in europe ( ex: you can buy one capsule from each coffee flavour or intensity without having to buy the whole package that contains 10 capsules of only one type ) .

Very Disappointed. I made a successful order last week, got the digital invoice and all. But after 5 days still haven't received my order. I tried emailing them no response. Called them told them they will forward my complain. Send them message in FB they asked for the order number. Then the next day I got a refund. Without them telling me why my order was not delivered and why I got a refund instead. When I checked the app the item that I'm supposed to get is posted again in the app.

The app used to work but now it's broken. I used it quite a few times in the past to order pods. Now with a recent update I stopped receiving messages from the app for quite a while. So I decided to open the app and as I press the icon, I just get a toast message saying the app isn't installed. This confused me a lot, so I uninstall the app and reinstall and still the same message. Super annoying. Now I'm forced to used the website because the app isn't going anywhere

This app is USELESS! all I want to do is order. I don't want to be a club member. I don't understand why your password has to be so "secure", for goodness sake I'm ordering coffee not a rocket launcher! I emailed and got a reply with another email that returns "unknown". Who would have thought ordering could be such a pain!
