i like the game, but sometimes i cant played the for some error issues, and also so hard to buy equipment because you cant gain free diamonds and price is to expensive to buy items, hoping you could fix it... make it easy and convinient to play.... not so easy to get diamonds , money etc.... just to buy the item/equipment... make it cheaper....

II had high hopes for this app, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. From the moment I downloaded it, I encountered problem after problem, with the most aggravating issue being the inability to log in despite having a perfectly stable and fast internet connection.

Can you remove this mail "Hyper Rewards Reissue"? I no need claim this trash Hyper Return Reward mail. This event Hyper Return is just hope they too fast base level up up up, this isn't helpful and useful, just isn't can carry the Stamina and Skill Life Leveling (Fishing, Mining and Smelting). Remove the trash event Hyper Return, stop doing deceive low level players again. Also, if you're F2P and under base lv95, don't do this Hyper Return's Daily, don't claim this mail 'Hyper Reward Reissue'.

I really love this game, but after playing this game for over 2 years now, it's not worth it because if the low drop rates for all, also low exp given, also the WOE? it takes only one guild who owns all the agit. It's so disappointing that I spent more than 2 yrs, and still, it's not a f2p friendly game. I hope this comment will reach to the devs, so they can fix all of the lags, & other game feature.

Edit: December 27, 2024. Found some bugs please fix them. Went and did the clear cache and relog in via Title menu or re runned the app I still cannot skip cutscenes or navigate the top right part of the screen where you access the events menu and also the skills that learned cannot be decreased in levels. Will return it back to ★★★★★ once the bugs fixed.

Hello I'm new on the game and it won't let me play; it's said I don't have a connection although I have recently downloaded the 4000+ mb of data for 30minutes straight... How come it said I don't have a connection? I'm stuck in the main menu where you manage your account and select a server(or something like that).

Because of the latest update I can't log in anymore. I already uninstall then reinstall it still the same always loading can't even view the character page. My hard earned progress will go in vain I just played quietly and hard but then it will be ruined even if 1 day pass only I will be behind... I'm enjoying the game cuz I can compete with the others now unlike 3 years ago so much behind I can't enjoy it but now it will be ruined again...

Downside of this game is the demanding usage of a device, I hope that the developers will somehow release a FREE cloud server dedicated to ragnarok games as to solve the AFK Grinding Problem. This will also help f2p players to at least have more ways to kind of catch up to pay to win players. The grind is what makes you quit in the long run because of how demanding it is to the device that is being used. I hope devs will somehow make this happen.
