Bottom of the barrel. I downloaded the app so that I could save some steps uploading my scanned receipt directly from my phone. I tried to log in with my username and password (after first verifying / logging in on the website that i had the correct info). I kept getting an error msg that my login info was incorrect. Did not want to reset it and then have my web info wrong so I gave up. The website is so poorly designed, i was hoping the app would be better. Now I'll never know!

It's supposed to manage health savings account info, I have yet to find this info. There is nothing in this app. It is totally useless. It keeps asking me to include the insurance provider, tried, and not there. Not sure what the purpose of this app is.

I am finding it impossible to use. First, there isn't an "upload claim/documentation" button on their menu tab to upload my saved pdf. Second, when I try to "add receipt" in account activity; my photo, screen shot and saved photo are all rejected for not being a pdf. I'm not sure what else to try.

Terrible app. I needed to add a picture of a receipt to my account and when the app asked if i wanted to take a pic, it rejected it because the app only accepts .pdf files (who's camera saves pics as pdf?? They're jpeg!!) And then when I tried to convert the pic to pdf, this app only allows us to choose from our photos. You can't navigate to other files where you save anything as pdf. Useless!!!!

This is as bad as the last one. Not happy. Keeping getting am error saying connect to the server. For God sake, I am. I am so tired of this . I can't find any of my previous years. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. 😡

Tried to upload receipt from android phone. Will not accept jpg. Wants pdf. Absolutely worthless. Takes an easy process and makes it a headache. I have document downloaded in my phone and in the format they want, but it won't give me the option to retrieve it.

I do not like this app! Right after I logged in I started experiencing trouble. Trouble with such things as inputting correct amount of pills/tablets per month for my prescription(s). Trouble finding my primary care doctor that I've seen for years! This is NOT a User friendly app. 😒

This app is horrible! Company does not understand the issues when explained to them. I am stuck with this since my job has signed up under this company. Why am I not able to upload a picture of a receipt in the app? There is no section to do this! Also, it does not show my balance! So very frustrating, worst app ever!
