4/21 update. Issue fixed, now working properly. Revising rating to 4 stars. Works well, easy to use, but lacks some features of the web version, and other pharmacy apps. Original review: App stopped working - does not load account information. Processing times out with "something went wrong" message after trying to access account info. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, issue persists. Please fix.

slow to load but makes getting my meds a lot easier, no guessing if the dr sent or if its ready or using thr annoying automated phone refill and screwing up the numbers. Even slower to log in, changed the way the meds are listed and hides some for whatever reason then i need to go search for them. And yes i have it so outdates arent hidden. Great ideas, bad follow-through

I've left a review in the past (5/2/21) stating how slow & irritating this app is. I've used it on my Samsung S9, S10 & now my S22+. I've had the same issue with every phone! This app takes forever to load & now security requires me to sign in every time I use it. That makes it almost impossible to use. I've deleted & installed the app numerous times & found nothing helps. This app is essential & really needs to be fixed!!!!!

Love this app, when it works! This app is great, easy to use, and convenient. I would rate it at least 2 stars higher if it was for the fact that it won't let you login to do refills. It use to be an every once in a while issue. Now, I haven't been able to check on my 'scripts for more than a month now. Please fix, and I'll give it the stars it deserves.

This app totally sucks every time I try to sign in it won't work I have to restart my phone or restart my internet for it to even go through and this is ridiculous. You say that this is an easy and convenient way to get medications prescribed or refilled, but I should not have to constantly go through this every single day just to look at my medications and see what needs to be ordered and what doesn't. It's even giving me a hard time on the actual website to log in You need to fix this ASAP!

Keeps crashing since update. I have to sign in every time I open the app now and I have to sign in several times before it logs in. I used to like the app, but might have to just get rid of it completely. Might even switch to Walgreens if their app works.

I would like to give it less than 1 star. If it works at all, it is VERY SLOW to load - upwards of a minute +. Items that were there previously, mysteriously disappear.
