Almost every time I try to bid on a item the app freezes and crashes. This app design looks better than the old pwcc app but functions significantly worse. Also where did the research/ sales history go? That was useful.

Way worse than the old pwcc app. If you do a search with a lot of results and click into one of the results, no more will load without re- entering the search and starting over. Makes it hard to look for Jordans. Also when you try to bid, it only allows a selection from a bid amount list. It will stop at round numbers like 50 or 100 and you can't bid higher. I've lost multiple auctions because I could not bid higher than the bids before me. Not good for buyers or sellers. The website is fine.

The pwcc app was amazing now that fanatics has taken over the app is unusable. Before you could scroll through the entire auction thousands of items now I can only see 25 items before the list just freezes. No more scrolling once I hit the bottom there's nothing there. The filters are not intuitive and reset too often. Another swing and Miss for fanatics.

It feels like it took a considerable downgrade after being switched to Fanatics Collect. I'd often use this app to find old non-sports and boxing cards for a great price, so the sort by oldest and filters for those were great. Now those filters are gone making it nearly impossible to find things.

Can't even log into my old pwcc account , and access my vault , and it gives me errors when trying to make a new fanatic account, Im rating it one star so you see this problem and fix it ,I assume alot of other people have this trouble, Very bad transition

Very disappointed with the experience since they took over PWCC. Fees and cuts were already substantial and it just got even more pricier to pull items out of their vault. They also changed their auction timeline rules without any prior notification to buyers or sellers. Already looking for my next auction platform.

Fanatics ruined this app just like everything else they get their hands on, can't even use the app to keep up on your items your bidding on in auctions, you can't sort by auction, you click on weekly it takes you to buy it now listing. Another fine example of fanatics ruining good things in the hobby.

Fanatics messed up what pwcc had perfected. Unable to scroll through all items in an auction. Filter options are not organized. Overall experience isn't as clean and simple as it used to be.
