0 stars - at work, trying to get on with my day but no. The app constantly keeps crashing. Since 0800 I've had the app crashing on me at least about 70-80 times minimum. Trying to get help via the live chat option but guess what, the app crashes every time I click that. That happened at least about 15 times. I've had enough today. Used to crash like 10-15 times a shift but today it's every 10 seconds. 2nd phone gave up a week in. 1st one after reinstall worked a week before giving up. Needs work

Awful! The first part of the form should be the last question asked!! The lists of suggested answers do not work. They vanish if anything is typed so have to scroll through every single time. Mind numbing! The camera controls are nil, focus no longer works right, so images are hit and miss. Worst, it sucks the life from your battery: 25% per hour on a Galaxy Note 9!! Unusable.

App doesn't work properly! Constantly loading images and buffering, system crashes and closing. No help apart from "uninstall and reinstall the app" I am struggling with the app for over a month... contacted the team on 16th of November..... issue not resolved . Am I the only one experiencing this?

It is alright but at the same time soooooo annoying when asking you every 5 min. if you want to give permission to the "Location" and if you press NO the app crashes and do crazy things, flashes.... Etc. If I say NO to the location once it don't need to ask me again and again !! Message to the developer: fix this issue instead of post a comment for me to get in touch by email, just fix it please 👍

Horrible! The old inventorybase app was way better than this one. The app is messy, it's very cluttered when opening photos for rooms and items, sub sections make it cluttered. The camera is slower than the previous app. The app is also very slow in general.

So the bug 'fix' you did in the 4th has now meant that huawei users can't use the app because you can't view the report unless in preview, can't make changes on checkouts and not saving pictures to phone camera roll, and it seems its not being fixed!?

Brilliant app, better than I expected. If you need any help they are really helpful in getting you started. Once you've used it a few times it's really easy. Sending the reports is really easy as well, it can be done direct from the platform. Smooth and simple. Great stuff!
