I have an account yet this app asked me to register again as it said there is no account with my email. Then I logged in successfully on the website with the same email! How ridiculous! Uninstalled this app immediately.

Horrible. Who design their website and this app. Seat selection doesnt work all the time. I cant complete my transaction at all on both website and on the app. I give up. Have to go to a physical location to purchase ticket now. Whats the point of having a website and app when it doesnt work at all. Useless. Need a better ticketing company to break this monopoly.

I think you guys should fire those who made this app. Totally suck and useless. Installed, sign in and it showed blank app. Waited for eternity for it to load but never happen. Closed the app, reopen again, tried login and ended up keep telling me wrong password, yet I can login via web browser. You guys better improve on the app or just remove it.

Terrible, Terrible app! Log in takes a long time. And it makes you log in again and again. I am not sure if this can be classified as an app, as when I tried to book tickets for the film festival, it brings me to the browser website page. Why will you need to use an app that just brings you the website? Mystifying!

This app keeps crashing on me. It became a sort of game for me to see how far I can go before it crashes. Eventually managed to click to book ticket. I was elated and hopeful. But alas, life is harsh and the app still crashed. Please fix.

its useless. logging in fails many times when you try . Facebook login doesn't work. don't bother trying there after you login, purchase history different show up and booked tickets don't appear Search for events results fail even if you know those days are filled with events so this app pretty much fails completely

Now I can't even purchase a ticket because the app brings me back to the homepage whenever I select a concert. No matter how many times I've tried, it still does. Even tried reinstalling the app and it did nothing. Please do something about this...

Crashes every time I try to buy tickets to SGIFF, which kinda makes me not want to watch any films during SGIFF anymore. And it's all due to the really bad user experience of the app and website which is not mobile friendly at all.
