Even though there were not a lot of options to work with in the area (Paducah, KY), Emily was not readily accessible. It took her days to even 1 week to respond to questions or requests dropped on the chat. One occasion, I had to copy my consultant on email before Emily responded. Empathy was lacking in the move process by RELOCITY, Unfortunately, we felt abandoned on this. Thankful to have found something through a local realtor from a contact here.

It's a fine app. Except it keeps crashing during use. And i have to start all over again about every 2minutes. Update 1: also minimizing the screen seems to restart the app everytime. So if I'm typing a message and accidentally minimize the screen I have to start all over

Relocity is really great when you move to a new city. Denis from relocity has been a great help to me as he made my moving to Newyork so smooth. He helped with my SSN by personally being there in the location and also helped me with my things to do in NY. He was very well organized and approachable

So far this hasn't proven why it can't just be a (mobile-optimized) website. And for what it is, the UI is clunky to use, visually offensive, and sometimes just doesn't work. 0/10 would not use except I have no choice.
