I wrote my issues in the review. Nothing to discuss. I highly doubt I'm the only person having these issues. The screen freezes, when I try to open load information the screen goes black. Herr is a better one...if the load information does open it only allows me to do it once a day. Ha ha. It doesn't matter if I restart my phone either. Took a whole week for it to allow the updates to take place. Here's my review.

Very rarely does the info appear in real time for anything other than invoices. Reserves and outstanding rarely match in real time. Also, it has major issues with updates on the laptop. Working fine ONE minute. Then all of a sudden, "The computer is inadequate to run WINDOWS 11.. When windows 11 has run on this machine for over 3 years. Every other app on this computer will load without fail.. NOT RTS PRO! ALWAYS A PROBLEM.

The fuel discounts are pretty good. But using the app is a very bad experience. It freezes up. Tonight, I am trying to list fuel on my route by price. It won't do that. It maybe goes there for a split second; then switches to your featured stops, which may pay y'all extra but are not the best prices for me. I gave you two stars instead of just one because it does occasionally work like it should, but not often enough. If tonight was my first experience with this app, I would grade it lower.

!!! Roll back to previous version!!!! Please allow to download previous version, this one doesn't work fast enough, we use it on the road with slow internet. Think about this, not game appearance. You are not improving app, you make it useless. Thanks. (Please return previos mode especially to check brokers and sort, who is playing like kid with this application and make it uncomfortable and unusable? Did you try to use it when you need quick check? Stop doing stupid things please.

From the last update, trip management crashed the appfor a couple weeks, un/reinstalled and that stopped every other time i opened it, it still doesnt upload anything, and today every time i try to open it it just crashes. This app sucks it is not worth it, and if my company didnt insist on using it i would refuse any use of it. Fix your app.

This app is without a doubt the worst piece of garbage I have EVER been forced to use, without exception. It freezes CONSTANTLY. I've been staring at the white splash screen for over 10 minutes. 25% of the time, it never gets past this screen. 85% of the time, I get a map of North America with the spinning blue circle. Less than 5% of the time does it actually do what it is supposed to do. And don't talk to me about "older versions", I updated it this afternoon. 100% garbage.

The new update constantly crashes. Use to be user friendly. Open app, touch the link and go. Now it's open app, scroll, scroll, touch the link, get started and crash...start over. The fuel route was much easier with old version as well. If it's not broke dont fix it. People dont care about pretty new colors. We care about our business running efficiently, properly and fast.

Running good, but can you please add one helpful feature? It's plain as day and simple as life. The address for the fuel station, that has "get directions" right below, can you please make that address highlightable / selectable on all phones? It's just that the google maps is not what most truckers use, and trying to open in Google just to copy the address is a bit too much when a need arises during a trip. OR give that "Get Directions" button a function to assign a default app.
