I was able to get a dermatologist's opionion on a lesion within minutes of submission. My initial image was not clear enough and rather than just move on with a poor diagnosis, the doctor asked for a clearer image several time, so they actually take the time to review your image. I wouldn't give the free ai scanner in this app much weight, it showed my lesion as unconcering, but once I paid for a submission it was considered concerning. I ended up needing a biopsy, which came back benign.

I recently did a consult on one of the scans I did and the doctor was quite thorough with their findings. It turned out to be stage 1 Melanoma. I feel like this is the best app currently on the market and recommend to anyone who has any mole of concern. As we know, getting in to see a dermatologist can be a very long wait. Using this app might get you in more quickly if needed.

De-focuses as soon as you press shutter, no option to upload. You can't use your camera's own 'tap-to-focus', completely rubbish. Guess you only get what you pay for and this is free.

Good but please have an option to disable flash. I have to hold my finger over the LED on my phone to stop it because it keeps making the image so overblown that you can't see anything.

Photos not best quality. You do NOT mention fee for doctor review in app info on Play Store. That info should be listed. Some pages do not have a "return to previous page" select and some selecrions are blotted out by icons and/or buttons so you can't read all of info or choose selection. I do see though how physician review is desired and makes your app handy, however, if I'm going to pay for doctor review I will just go see a dermatologist and show them. Great good start tho!

Fast and reliable service. I have confidence that this app will ultimately save lives. The doctor gives good honest feedback and the support team responds quickly. When the diagnosis is not as confidently done, then the recommendation is to get an exam done by a dermatologist. Well done and many thanks

Fee = $27. I've been monitoring a mole that's 4 out of 5 of ABCDE. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful using the app because you must take a live photo for the evaluation? I can't do that and the results are blurry and unsatisfactory. I have to upload a picture. My mole is not easily accessible and located in an area that is extremely difficult to photograph, so the photo I have is better and accurate. I know I'm not the only person with a hard to get to mole, so please include us too!
