When I am click on change attribute it take too much tike to respond also when try to upload document it take too much time for one document. This process is too slow on both app and website. Website through js error query.min.js not found and other js too... how your devs and qa team working.

Totally third class app... You need 15 mnts to login the app. And 15 mnts for payment an electricity bill. After successful payment in upi payment app.. you will get an error page. UI is good but app is very slow. The devlopers of this app need to fire immediately. Even 1 star ⭐ is too high for this useless app. Since last 1 year this thing happening, but no one care about this. Either develop good app or just delete this junk app.

Don't know what is the purpose of this if it can't provide proper service to customers? Full of glitches, difficult to start, payment gets stuck if you're lucky enough to reach there, no customer support the numbers provided there are just showpieces. Highly disappointed 😞

Just follow the brpl BSES and try to modify your app accordingly. Very hard to access in the app. It is made so complicated which is not required we are not working in a nuclear program so please make it easy and simple to operate
