From the beginning this app has not opened to see shifts! I deleted the account and started over just to find out they still have not deleted my information so I can make a new profile. I've chatted several times with agents to get this fixed. CURRENTLY On hold over 25 minutes... no one has answered the phone. I'm STUCK, they won't delete MY DATA! So annoying. Poor customer service.

Garbage app that some let you go past step 1 (seeing if there are even shifts in your area) without either downloading yet ANOTHER app of theirs, or giving them access to your bank account or card. When you finally give in and try to put in your card(s), it stops you AT THE END, saying something timed out, didn't work, etc. After fighting with this app for way too long and giving them way too much access with nothing in return, I'm going back to Clipboard, and the other hundred apps.

App will freeze up while I'm on shift. when I go to clock out, the app won't load so I have to restart my phone then l have to get a signature as it says location services was lost dyeing the shift. this happens to me quite often. also there is a delay when notifying me of premium rate shifts so I miss out on a lot of those. it also runs my battery down pretty fast running in the background.

The shift key wallet continues to open even though it has been uninstalled. It is like a virus, it will not stop trying to open up the app. Customer service cannot help. My phone carrier could not get it to stop either. Finally I had to order a new phone and manually transfer everything. (I did not want to use the cord to connect the new phone to the old and transfer the virus) All the REAL reviews say the same thing. To this day STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAID. Just mail me the check!!!!

App stability is subpar at best. Information on personal profile is wrong will show a missed shift and haven't used app. Credentialing is a pain is not specific to what needs uploaded to pick up shift. I am licensed in 28 states some of what is supposedly needed is info from the state, not me. Originally gave a 5 star rating seems as more people are using the app it is not reliable.

I'm new to Shiftkey.I've worked with lots of people working for the company before joining. It shows you the amount you will make for working.Giving me the opportunity to go and and see my state and go to towns I've never heard of. I can also see facilities in other states within 200 miles.And currently since I don't have the license in those states.It gives the option to show them or take them off the list that I can see.Definitely plan on getting licensing in other states.App is easy to use!

I've been with shift key ever since November 2023. The thing I have issue with is, the premium shifts appear on my phone, however they are gone when I go to request the shift. Everything is working on my phone properly. Not happy about that! The other thing I have a problem with is, I get penalized before 72 hours, however, it's not fair when a facility cancel an already approved shift within 24 hours and not get penalized. Something should be done about these facilities. Not happy at all!

Onboarding was the easiest part. Support is awesome....they always get back to you with an answer very quickly. My problem with them is this I don't travel 30+ miles for minimum rates so that leaves me with one facility in my area to choose from. I have bid on a few shifts with this facility but nothing is ever accepted so I haven't worked even one shift since I completed my onboarding with them two months ago.
