Having troubles with this app on Samsung phone. App keeps crashing. Icon will flash up when tapped, but will not stay up. It goes right back to its place on the screen. Cannot open. Frustrating!

Good for keeping up with the games. Sucks with downloading the schedules. It won't let you download a specific sport. You have to do them all, or it will error out. "IF" it will even let you do that at times. You have to catch it on a good day. It's temperamental. Also, it doesn't carry on to the next year. There also hasn't been an update to fix the issues with the app.

App keeps crashing after several uninstalls and reinstalls and restarts. Now I'm trying to find a way to actually get my tickets so I can go to the game. So happy that there is an online application I can't use to get my tickets because they don't allow it.

It is hard to sign in. Keeps telling me something is wrong with user name and password. Does it at the beginning of every season. Eventually it will accept it. Can you please fix the issues. I have reported it before.

This app is terrible and an embarrassment considering it's the official app of UA. Can't see tickets and have no faith in getting into a game using this thing. If UA developed this app, I would send my kid to another school to get their degree in computer science. DO BETTER!!! It's not like the school doesn't have the money for an easy to use functional product.

Keeps shutting down when trying to manage tickets It's still doing this a year later. Won't they correct the issues? Ir is it they just don't care? Not even functional. I have manage on the computer and use email instead of way it was meant to be done.

Still crashes over and over. I have reported this problem many times with no solution offered by the creators.
