I try to login to the app, then says my email was already used for another account. happens every quarter. What's going on? says "token expired"

Broken! Won't let me log in. I type everything correctly, but i acts like I'm not logged in. Also has the gall to block auto filling email address which made this experience worse. Please fix it! 2 year update from 2023. app is still broken. not sure how contacting the provided email would help. I did everything in my power like reinstalling, clearing data and cache, and it still refuses to work correctly. the app is the problem. Because of this, I will never get fuel or do anything else at TA.

Never opens, just tells me I need to have an account. I do and sign in and it goes right back to the front page. Update, I got emails saying your app was fixed. Guess what it isn't. Still trash. I got lots of emails, and the app still doesn't work. If I use it for anything it tells me to sign in even after I'm signed in. Been a few years and all you did was get added to google play store. Congratulations, you put a broken app on the play store. Hire some tech guys that actually do their jobs.

I don't typically write bad reviews. the app sucks. It's just not that user friendly, I can't seem to locate any of my recent purchase receipts. I had to buy a shower and it locked up my Credit Card for a fraud alert. When the shower became available, it was a tiny closet that hasn't been updated in a very long time. No counter top to place your toiletries. Pass on all that drama, go to Pilot or Loves!

Cant log in. I have uninstalled and redownloaded a half dozen times. New App force closes EVERY TIME i get to the log in screen. Give me the old app back! Edit 11/24. After working decent for about a year, it is doing the same thing as before. Will open and then close itself with 5 seconds. I've uninstall, reinstalled, set to auto update, have checked for updates. Nothing works for long.

this app would be good but over half of the TA/Petros I stop at i can't use it. Try to get fuel it says sight not found, try to redeem points it won't bring up the barcode for them to scan. I have un-installed it, reinstalled it and get the same results. I am not sure if it's the fault of the app or the stores themselves, but I'm about to go back to using Loves, at least their stuff works

The app is straight up dog shii. Every single time I have tried to use it either it won't open, I have to uninstall and reinstall it to have it work briefly, it won't allow me to log in, it freezes, or it says experiencing technical issues. As big as a company TA is and the amount of money yall bring in annually off truck drivers alone there's no reason other then being lazy af for this app to function on this type of level. Wish I could give it a zero stars doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

Been using this app for a while. I always fuel using Pumpstart. Since the last update, I haven't been able to use it. I have been having to go to the Pilot. TA is losing a lot of money. Why walk in if I don't have to? Maybe you guys should consider fixing this issue my entire fleet uses this app . But if it isnt working correctly we will mive on to Pilot ..same discount same perks
