This app is horrible. This past Saturday I had clocked in and out of my shift. Monday it was saying I had missed my shift. Yet my boss said on her end it was fine and showed I worked the shift? I also have one address I visit and it never registers that I am there. It GPS logs me that I am at a storage facility a mile and a half away! Why would I be doing patient care in a storage facility?!

App had been fine up until Thursday when I went to clock out @ 10pm. Suddenly it asks to update the app but I have already done that. As of now I can't even get into the app to schedule, clock in our out, or anything. Very frustrating! Please help! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning on and off my phone...nothing works! I depend on this app for work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Constant crashes, bugs, and failure to log in and out times. Currently, its preventing me from using it until I update, then says its updated! This has been going on since the beginning of the year, and should've been worked out. Beta testing doesn't take this long. How many taxpayer's dollars went to this absolute junk????

The app is terrible. There are tons of location errors, no ability to change the location to more than the client's home, constant bugs, fixes, and updates. There is no way to correct your time, as promised in the original training and it doesn't have the ability to track how many hours you have for the week or any way to alert you to the fact that it is time to clock in or out, so I have to use 3 separate apps to make this one work. It is a ridiculous hassle.

It has do many issues, you can sign in see the time start, and then we you go to sign out it says never started, or when you try to sign in it will tell you a session is already in progress. These 2 happen all the time... Sometimes signing in on different device will help, but most of the time it won't and just have to use a note to track time. This app is horrible.

This app is the most frustrating piece of absolute garbage. Every time they update the confounding thing, all attempts to log in are met with "You must update the app to the current version." However, the app store shows the app as having no available updates. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app SEVERAL times to no avail. This app makes me want to pull my hair out. Looks like I'm not close to being the only one this irritated with it. If only the app creators read reviews...

This app sucks in every conceivable way. Even though the state has required us to use this app beginning January 1st, it still does not work. At least once a week, I cannot get into it, or the functions inside of it do not work. Tonight they released an update, and now I can't get into the app at all. I strongly suggest administrators use literally any other app available out there.

Constantly crashing. Completed visit one day, Logged back in the next and the visit from the day before was still in session. When I clock in, it always tells me "error cannot complete visit" I also get connection errors. Doesn't load when I try to log in. The list goes on.. fix the app. I'd also like access to see my paystubs and to be able to fix my hours.
