Super buggy and super expensive. What once was free was then $40 a year. Fine. But now they want $70 a year?! My family is constantly having issues with it. And even with paying I get tons of ads. Over it. Edit to add 11/2024 Cost has risen again. We decided to just go with the free version for now. The amount of uploads a month included for free is appallingly low. There are lots of free options that are just as good. I hate to leave tiny beans, since we've been using since 2021, but 😬

We've consistently used this app for almost 8 years and have loved it. Really wish we bought a lifetime subscription when it was offered because the price increases are really annoying and frustrating. Like others, we are extremely disappointed with the price increase. I understand need to raise prices, but an increase of double is hard to justify. We have our entire three kids childhoods documented on TinyBeans so it would be hard to give up but when will the price increases stop?

The fact that the app has more than doubled in less than a year is awful. We've been using this app for 6+ year and I wish they offered something more manageable than 20 pictures a month. I'm doing about that a week for my family to see. I'll definitely keep my eye out for another option when it becomes available as this price increase is ridiculous.

We have been using this app for over 3 years, but due to the recent price increase we will be looking for alternatives. Almost doubling the price seems a bit ridiculous, especially for those who have years and years of photos on here. Very frustrated and disappointed by this, and I don't want to keep investing my time in putting pictures in here if next year they're just going to double the price again.

Been on the app for a while and paid since 21. Pretty disappointed for the price increase and the reliability I've had with the app and with the email consistency (90+ grandmother doesn't have a smart phone). At this point we're looking for alternatives before the renewal in Sept. Haven't completely jumped ship yet, but doubling the price is pretty steep, and 20 memories a month is pretty low. Pretty disappointed there wasn't a grandfathering or discount for existing.

I really love Tinybeans and have been using it for 7+ years. It's a great way to share photos of our kids with friends and family without posting those pictures on social media (we move often for my husband's work). However, I'm not sure I can justify the price increase for the premium subscription though (was $39.99, now $74.99). I'm actively looking for an alternative service.

Update: after logging out and logging back in I'm able to upload again so that's an improvement. Still disappointed in recent changes: even though I was forced to subscribe to upload, I'm still subjected to in-app advertisements. I'm sure my family members are too. What a let down. I'll be on the lookout for a replacement. Double Update: trash tier app charging exorbitant prices for near constant enshittification while simultaneously assaulting their customers with a barrage of advertisements.

I've been using this app for over 4 years and for the most part, it's been great. In the past couple months, I've had nothing but problems! I can't upload videos, IT starts to upload, then forces closed. I can't see past pictures I've uploaded by clicking on the calendar. They don't open at all! Now, to upload something, I have to uninstall the app, then reinstal it! Every. Single. Time. Nothing uploads otherwise, the app just freezes. I'm about to find a new platform, because this is ridiculous
