Awesome user experience. nothing too fancy but does the work. One suggestion is that if TNEB is going to shut down a particular area for service maintenance, can you send a push notification to the ids that has included that in their account?

I used pay regularly advance amounts.in the earlier version all the details like consumption unit bill amount balance in my deposit my location address and meter no etc used to display.knowing my balance is better to know to deposit further amount is necessary.The bill amount is tobe calculated in the present application and balance in deposit is not known.Please include these details.otherwise this app is ok

noone is monitoring this app...i raised a complaint in the app for my power failure issue...no response yet and none is monitoring this app never received a call or no status update and this app has no option to escalate or contact anyone just useless app just for name sake...TNEB only concentrates on collecting money from ppl with zero service

Good app, Easy bill payment options. It will be good and more user friendly, if give the options to add nick name for each services.

Great UX on this app 1. No service timelines for Complaints 2. Complaints gets closed as Rectified without proper response 3. Like every government organisations, they try to get you to TNEB office to wait in queues to feed their kick back corruption schemes What's the point of building a great app, if service timelines are not clear.

1. Complaint sections has bugs. not able to see the pending complaints 2. Search option in complaint is not working. Only can see completed complaints(closed without communications from eb side not able to reopen). 3. Different complaint is not able to raise when raised the earlier complaint is different. 4. Bill calculator also not working. How approving the bugs app into production.

This app was working perfectly fine till I did the Android upgrade on my OnePlus 6 mobile. After the upgrade the app is throwing the error, " Unable to Authenticate your device. Please use a valid one" and does not proceed to login screen. I suppose the app is not compatible for Android 10. No updated version in the recent time. Can the developers please fix the problem and help us to continue using the application.

after paying bill transaction doesn't show the invoice. unable to download invoice for the payment made. transaction history shows only old transactions
