This is my go-to app for public transport in Vilnius, but two things make me considering changing: 1. When clicking on a bus stop you cannot select it as a destionation. Have go back to map and long-click near it, then select "go to here". Please add "go to here" to the page showing bus stop details. 2. Minimum of 5€ purchase - this is actually not a problem, but now 30 and 60 min. tickets must be bought *seperately* - please bring back the option to buy any combination of short trip tickets.

Since the big update this app has become a lot slower, tickets that have long since expered stay stuck as green for a while, for example. Never happened before. Also it used to be that you can find any location, that can be found on google maps. But not anymore, now very often i notice that you search for something and its not found. One recent example (among many many others) - samurai ramen in vilnius. On trafi map it doesn't exist, but on google maps it does of course. Good app ruined

Hey Trafi Team. Can you do push/pop up notifications especially when one is close to their bus-stop, one busstop away is fine for this, it would be helpful when someone isn't on the app directly, but doing something else. Also minimised view screens so we can multi task with our screens (like those that Google Maps has), those updates would be really helpful, cause we can do more with the app and get the most out of it. Thank you

I had a horrible support service online on trafi. I was about to change my business profile address for our clients to find the place better, the answer that I received it was: Manage your bussines profile yourself. It was not nice, so if you will not support people why are you having the option support then? Trafi workers were unpolited with my situation. Hope this could change in the future.

Minimum spend is offered by this app is 5€. The issue I find really annoying is buying different lengths travel tickets. You can't buy mixture of 30 and 60 min tickets. App only allows to buy one type of tickets at the time. So you need to spend 5€ on 60 min t and 5€ on 30 min tickets.

There is a minimum purchase requirement of 5 euros for purchasing tickets. If I only need a short trip, I am forced to buy multiple tickets to meet the 5 euro requirement.

Didn't recognise the QR code on the bus in Vilnius and basically robbed me of money. Also has a minimum charge of $5 which I didn't need. Stay away from this app!

Tried buying 2 single tickets for 1.30 in a hurry while boarding the bus. Added them to shopping basket, then verified my phone number, then entered my credit card info. And only after going through all this trouble does the app bother telling me that the minimum purchase sum is 5€. Ended up buying tickets from the driver.
