So far, not great. I just downloaded the app because the website isn't working, and it looks exactly the same. It's the same screen that just sits and pretends to load your info but never actually does. I can't change, view, or update anything, and talking to someone on the phone is a joke. It will just hang up on you if you keep trying. Blurry picture quality and slow speeds. Can't wait to switch providers.

The app is broken. No matter the updates that are put out, the app won't load most of the time. I'm constantly having to restart it. When I look at other plan or payment options, the app closes. My bill went up unexpectedly and there is nothing on my statement showing why. I tried to use the links in app and they go nowhere. I'm so done with this provider. Being stuck in this contract is like a hostage situation. I can't wait to get a new internet provider.

This is a mostly broken app that can occasionally be useful. The first two times I ran it it merely vectored me to the website, and suggested I install it. The third time it asked me to approve terms of use. It showed me the WiFi tab at the bottom and I was able to see a few percentage use figures for connected devices, then it crashed, I got a white and totally unresponsive screen. I'm running Android 9 on a Moto G7 Power. I killed the zombie with the task switcher. The fourth time, crash

Worst wifi service. It's very expensive. It goes down completely or is slow a lot. All customer service tells the customer is that Viasat made it clear in the contract that they are not responsible for bad wifi performance and the customer has no recourse. The app doesn't work half the time either. Because they make it necessary to keep track of data, it is frustrating when I can't access the information. If I had another option, I would choose any other company.

Could be better. Biggest drawbacks with this app are: 1) It takes way too much time to load my information. 2) When I am tracking which machines are using the most data in a month, the app only counts the machines that are currently logged into the wifi. It doesn't count the machines that are turned off, or otherwise not attached to our network. Other than these two things, I like the app very much. However, these two things make a significant impact on our ability to track where data goes.

Anywho, garbage internet service. Been running with Viasat for about 10 months now and I cannot wait until my trash two-yearly contract expires with these clowns. It's just like any other service provider; the signal is nice and cheery for the first moment and then it all goes downhill. I've tried everything. Literally everything. Had a guy come out to check the cables and satellite. Use ethernet for everything. And yet it still can't run games or stream media without lag/constant buffering.

The only thing this app is good for is checking how much data you've used and paying the bill. Everything else it supposedly does, like reboot the modem, seems fake. Like it offers a timer but doesn't actually do anything when the modem stops working. It glitches out all the time and won't load, always tells me my modem isn't working even when it is, and I'm not impressed.

App seems to work good. But could use several improvements. Needs to display "as of time and date" for data usage readings along with a history of daily usage and/or requested usage readings. It should also provide the current ip address of the customers service connection. The network checking feature all fake. Service outage for 4 days... App says everything is working great LIES!!!!
