It only connects to fitbits, but there are other popular devices, samsung or apple watches, I have a garmin, and I know that garmin is getting very popular, so, i don't know why the "connectable" device is only fitbit

I added this app for a 1 month step challenge with coworkers, and two weeks into the challenge, the app stopped syncing with my fit bit. I have tried deleting and re-installing both apps and re-syncing numerous times, but it seems to be very inconsistent. My fit bit app syncs perfectly fine with my watch, which leads me to believe it's the lifeworks app causing the issue.

The app is generic, and not really helpful. What really upset me, is when I called, I was on hold for about 15 minutes (not that long), and when the call went through, It rang for at least a minute or two and was put back on hold to wait again. Also, the music cut every 20 seconds to tell me the call will be answered soon. Every time I thought the call was getting picked up, but the music would just start again. I was depressed when I called. I started to feel so so alone, and unimportant.

Cannot get past the create account page because the issue of tapping of accept the privacy policy. Tapping the checkbox causes you to hit the privacy policy link instead, this is due to the fact they have put increased space in the word "privacy policy" hyperlink. The space covers the area where you need to tap on the checkbox making it inaccessible. Update issue resolved by reaching out to devs, have not tested it. But i tapped somewhere else in the page and it worked and ticked it off...

The app loads very slow, the well-being programmes aren't programmes, they're just a set of 'how do you feel' questions followed by 'rate this programme' questions, and you are only able to choose three categories you are interested in for which the 'snack-size' articles don't relate to at all. What I was expecting from this app isn't what is delivered at all.

i was very excited for this app. As i have processing issues, text or email correspondence make it much easier for me to express my concerns. imagine my disgust when i realize that this platform was not designed to help people, but rather give them the false sense of help through product placement and deals. I do not need a deal on better clothes. I need someone to actually help. but i guess that is too much to ask for.

Not sure what the point of this app is as I cannot view upcoming appointments anywhere.

when the app works and loads all info it's good. I have a few gripes with it. there needs to be more search facilities areas other than online shopping do not have any. very slow to load, some of the lists seem to endlessly scroll through showing the same info.. needs a what's new section. I sure Garmin offer was still valid and has suddenly disappeared. I am sure I spotted some random expire dates. some displayed offers don't match what offers are available. feel free to get in touch.. Not sure how to respond properly. I see the improvements thanks made a massive difference. Not had a need to properly investigate other changes.
