As a season pass holder I've been using the app since its inception. Occasional glitches where it fails to track a day but it's mostly reliable. What I love most: 1. Not a battery hog 2. Tracking locations for a group 3. Lift line/open status 4. The leaderboards

I want to use the app to get notifications while on the mountain, but the notifications while I am at work all day are ridiculous. You have location permission, why not have an option to select "get notifications only when you are at Snowbird"? Until then I guess I'll either be turning off all notifications and let's be real, I'm not going deep into settings every time I arrive and leave the mountain, so I'm likely just deleting the app. So close to being useful, but a swing and a miss.

Edit: I did finally get into the app, wish it was easier to turn notifications on/off. I don't need 30 lift notices while sitting at work but would like to get them on days I go up. It's too hard to turn them on/off so I pretty much never use the app. Doesn't open! Keeps saying can't connect to resort server, but continues to give me push notifications.

Mostly ok app but lately SB abuses notifications to ADVERTISE things like fast tracks (their betrayal of loyal pass holders) and to just bug me to come up daily (parking lot is filling up!)! Absolutely not ok and is too much. Several of these ads per day. SB, show some class and love for your customers!!! The user friendly approach is to allow us to turn on/off different types of notifications. Have an "ads/deals" category and respect it. I'm a mobile dev. I know this is a 1-2 day task. Do it

Super app for lift notifications and tracking where friends are on the mountain. Only dropped a star because sometimes if you join a friend's session it doesn't keep a note of your individual runs but I probably just needed to play around with the app a bit more to figure this part out.

Snowbird has easily one of the best apps of any ski area, however, unless I am missing it, there is no way to see the lift closing times within the app. You have to go to the website, which is a failure for an app.

The application requires a restart if I want to visit the lifts section more than once. Additionally, when displaying new details on the snow report and lifts, number details are cut off and words are split into two lines. Device used is a Samsung Galaxy S21 running Snow Cone. I am happy to provide additional details if needed.

App doesn't track properly. I've been up 11 days riding and tracking so far, but it only has 6 on my stat card. And the days it does track, it doesn't track correctly. I was out all day today and the app says I have 1 lift, 0 runs, and 86 vertical feet.
