I was having trouble syncing fitbit data from the beginning of the year. Customer service was no help and after several days (and right before my companily's point deadline) they finally told me they can't sync more than 6 months back. I didn't do any other challenges because I believed my other points would transfer. I missed getting my full HSA contribution because of this app. Ask your company to use a different service like go365.

I use this app for work and it has always worked very nice. However today I have been trying to log in and the loading screen is stuck on loop. Please fix asap 👍🏽 Update: A supervisor from my job was able to force a password change and i got past the log in. Now I'm having issues with one challenge, not having an option to fill it out. Customer support has still not returned my calls.

App seems to be user friendly and I would have given 5 stars but it's missing something important. There's no option to add Apple/Samsung devices or even the health tracking app that comes standard on those phones. I have a Samsung watch and had to download an app to try and track my steps/activity. It doesn't appear to even be working and it's time consuming to enter steps/activity for the week.

Not intuitive interface. Report screen doesnt show daily totals or goals. Limited device pairing. Samsung not evwn included. If my company didnt demand it i wouldnt use it. Virgin pulse is a much better system. If someone on this design team wants to see how it is done use Virgin Pulse

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and its pretty labor intensive to input your data. It also doesn't support my fitness tracker with is a "VeryFitPro". That is the biggest resistance for me. I think they should work on making it more streamlined and support more fitness trackers.

I have started the health risk assessment twice on the app. So far it has not saved or appear to have registered & some things are not editable or accurate. I'm not entirely sure how to fix it.

I don't use the pathetic Paladina Healthcare Network and I should not have to go to them to acquire points through this app. Not my fault the New Berlin school system partners with a garbage provider for their insurance. Teachers deserve better. Wellness is wellness no matter where you go! Still waiting to be credited for my biometrics screening I did in September. I track my fitness very accurately and feel that you should not be limited to only acquiring limited points for personal challenges.

The app layout is nice. I'm surprised though that the devs chose not to incorporate Samsung Health tracking. I use Gear watches and it's kind of annoying to have to input my seats for company challenges, when my phone and watch are tracking it already.
