I am unable to get my season tickets in the app I have been asking for a fix since the new app launched. Only to be told they are aware and only some Android users have issues. Works fine with Apple though, go figure. I should have to jump through hoops to get my tickets.

Downloaded app to enter qr code giveaway for a signed 🐐 Ball jersey. After scanning i get a black screen with loading symbol -> app homepage. Really sad I couldnt get this to work I tried for like 10 mins

App blows. It will not link to my tickets no matter what I do! I spend too much for season tickets and they can't even give me a functional app.

Used to be better for game statistics, now it doesn't show percentages. Also, sliding for player stats one column at a time is difficult, because it also slides the top four tabs. PLEASE FIX THE SLIDING TABS

Scavenger hunt is completely broken. Unable to upload pictures or videos. Also once you log out of the event, there is no way to log back in. I got around it by downloading the Eventzee app separately and participating through that.

I don't like that they got rid of the ticket Cards. Now you must have the app or print your ticket prior to the game. What about dead batteries, dropped (broken) phones , issues with the app, etc. I know it's a little late to start complaining about this. But, a lot has happened to me the past few of years & it's had me pretty busy.

This app is fine for everything EXCEPT its main use, managing tickets. Absolutely abysmal. Ticket master is apparently down 23/7 and for the hour a day it appears to work, it barely works. Will be expecting a refund if i cant sell my tickets thanks to a defunct system and if this is how they plan on having us manage tickets in the future I will definitely not be renewing them. My Hornets office contact sats its TicketMasters fault but that cant be 100% blamed on them and something has to change. Sad.

Complete garbage and a waste of an app. They don't care about their customers. Constant bugs, no fixes. Just raking in the cash on their completely useless app. If you're reading this as a developer, please change careers.
