Selfie verification did not work at all. The preview was a sharp and crisp image, but after moving closer to the camera it always said "that didn't work" and showed a completely blurry image. I tried it more than 10 times, always the same error. Also, I had to wait quite a while for the video verification even though it was in the middle of the night.

The top bar, which is required for identification, does not work on Pixel phones (because it is not implemented correctly, it overlaps with the system bar). The personnel are incredibly rude. First, he thought he couldn't hear me so he hung out automatically. Then, after identifying the passport, I told him that the message bar didn't work and he just hung out without saying anything again. Good hiring process for absolute psychopaths.

easy to use, clear picture and sound. one star minus, on pixel the app is too big and stretched. bottom and top button not reachable. bottom can be fixed by switching to gesture navigation top not.

One wonders about an app that has not been updated in 7 months, at the time of this writing - especially given all the dismal reviews; it seems that most reputable apps are constantly updated. I did manage to open a second e-mail address but Geez, Louise, GMX - why such a hassle for a long-time client to add an address?

Completely broken app. I am forever stuck on the video authentication step. It doesn't recognise IDs from several EU countries. There are no operators to join the video call and confirm your identity. After dozens of tries I got on call with one operator whose microphone wasn't working and then they disconnected without confirming my identity. Waste of time and probably a data harvesting scheme.

"Lets try that again". Im forced to use this app to recover access to an email account. The face scan fails every. single. time. Ive tried 4 different phones. Untrustworthy app.

Doesn't work at all. After taking a picture of the front of my ID, the camera won't pop up for the back, it just keeps displaying the first picture I took so I can't go any further.
