Never connects to camera

I have a black box with this app. Originally I can't see the live view all the time when I'm away. But it turns out that my black box enters sleep mode. Once I change it to continuous recording, everything works great. It's easy to use!

I have a hard time getting this app to work. Not for the faint at heart!

I hate when the camera gets disconnected from the wifi, because the app says to connect it to the wifi, but it closes instead of allowing you to connect again. The only way to get the wifi setup again is to take the camera down to hold the reset button and put in passwords again. If you have a security camera in an office, it gets others suspicious when you are having to take it down all the time.

I have a lot of trouble trying to connect my camera using this terrible app. Sometimes it connects then it disconnects leaving me unable to connect again.

Extremely dissaponited. I have galaxy s6 edge. I have installed this app twice thinking it wasnt working the first time but even on the second time after scanning the barcode on the device, all it showed was "connecting to the camera". It dis nothing at all except for showing a black screen. Super mad.
