Unfortunately there are no negative stars! Absolutely ridiculous! It really can't get worse! I travel a lot. Every time I'm abroad it just can't connect. Every time! I have to spend hours just to pay for a connection that I usually don't use and I maintain just to keep things going (bank accounts, Viber etc). Now I'm getting messages stating that I'll have to pay additional charges because my current plan is expiring and I can't even log in.

Terrible experience. Impossible to navigate. Lacks structure. 4/5 of it are ads for "offers" that have nothing to do with the core of the app (cosmote services). It took me 45 minutes to locate and sign up for the cosmote tv cinema pack and then it took days for it to be activated. Compare this to signing up for vodafone tv from their app (took 8 minutes flat from logging in to the app, signing up for vodafone tv for the first time, until watching hbo). Cosmote needs to simplify the app.

The new look app works seamlessly! I paid the bill and added my data with much more ease and without a problem. I love the fact that you can extend payment day if needed 😀 I wish others would take note !

Updated, rebooted, tried again, rebooted but PayPal is not working again for top up. I get a message to contact customer support. Hello Maria, I had already tried what you suggested, I have also tried with my back up device, still the same. I'll send a mail as you proposed. Regards, John

I can't get to the e-bill options, the app throws an error and tells me to try again. I also cannot pay my bills, the screen freezes during the payment process. Overall, the app feels laggy and not stable. Embarrassing for such a big company.

I recently renewed my mobile subscription for 19.03 per month within the app , only to find out the 19.03 was only for 2 months and then the price increases every month. I rang cosmote and spoke to several people and no one could or wanted to help me. Be aware if u are renewing your contract. In my opinion I was tricked but never again time to get a quote from other companies regarding mobile and home internet.

The app states that my device is rooted while it is not and does not allow access. I believe that this has to do with having a custom ROM installed (LineageOS). Either way, this is unacceptable. Users should be free to use whatever software they feel like on their device. And security is NOT a reason for such behavior nowadays
