Bad experience in Cambodia. The bus operator cancel my ticket on spot, I have to another bus immediately. What's funny is their support phone number always unreachable. Even chat with us, you have to pick a issue which after select one the chat say unable to fetch booking I'd. The booking information is not sync and the screen in app simply freeze. Your set up in cambodia is very very bad. You should check your app and service before let users try.

I had a very bad experience with redbus. I attempted to change my bus booking as per the policy, but was unable to do so through RedBus. I tried reaching out to your customer support team, but no one was reachable. I also attempted to use the chat option, but that was unavailable as well. Due to this kind of unacceptable behaviour, I was unable to change my bus which caused significant inconvenience and forced me to find alternate transportation at the last minute.

So irresponsible!!. I recently booked a bus which didn't show up and even the bus contact numbers are not reachable at all. I have waited at boarding point for more than an hour. Such a waste of time and efforts. The interesting thing is contacting redbus support. They simply don't care. I have few screenshots of chat with agent to attach but not sure if that option is available here.

When you try to book a ticket and you get error, there is no way to reach customer support. The useless 24 x 7 chat does not have an option like "booking issues" or similar. And when you call their customer support number, there is no option there either to reach to someone and talk to them. The support option works only for people who have booked tickets and have issues, and not for issues while booking

It is a fraudulent app. All the features mentioned here related to cancellation or rescheduling policies are not at all honoured by the bus operators. If you try rescheduling on this app they say " error please try after some time" . The helpline is so automated that it either disconnects you or doesn't help you resolve your query. Impossible to get connected to the call center or customer service. Do not book any ticket from this application, they just take your money, no response at all

I had a very bad experience with Redy Bus customer care. They do not respond to customer queries properly and often close tickets without providing any real information or solution. This leaves customers frustrated and creates significant inconvenience, especially when they're dependent on the service to reach their destinations on time. RedBus focuses more on business than customer support. On my recent trip, the bus dropped me at a different location, forcing me to pay extra for a cab to reach my destination, with no assistance or compensation from RedBus. While it’s convenient for booking tickets in emergencies, they lack adequate support and safety measures for passengers. Edit: The way you response minus 1 more star.

Worst app ever. I tried to book bus tickets for a trip from Mysore to trivandrum, I was a nle to see the options available, but when I chose any of the available busses, it just keeps on loading, it wouldn't show any seat options. I tried to reach their help desk from the app, but it's not an interactive session, but some I just got some pre-answered response. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, tried it on another phone, it was still the same. Later I tried it on ixigo and it worked.
