I can't open the app, either on my phone or tv, a warning always pop up everytime I try to open the app, it says "Connection error Looks like you're connecting through a VPN, proxy or 'unblocker' service. Please turn off any of these services and try again." What's went wrong???

Yes, this app is responsive, fast, and UI friendly. But if we talk about the video player? BIG NO! I'm pretty sure the whole movies in this app runing maybe only arround 20 frame per second and STUTTER ALL OVER THE WAY 🤣 (for standard experience, constant 30 FPS it a must!). I dunno what the heck is going on, or maybe it just happended to me even my phone screen support 90Hz??

Subscribed and payed, only work on my phone, while i trying to login to windows, linux and my chromebook, always shown an error messages "we have detected some unusual traffic.. bla.. bla". I'm using same network, even same google account. Such as waste money, i'm back to netflix instead that's more convinient to login to whatever devices i have

I have a monthly subscription, and it's been 5 days since September 5 2024, I can't use it, there's only a black screen when I go to "watch now". I have contacted Disney via "contact us" and there has been no improvement at all. I don't think this is an internet problem, because I use other video applications and they work very well. I will delete this review if there is a fix from the developer.

This is by far the worst streaming app out there. I have editted my review since 2021 to share my frustrations but the fact that after this many years, the app is still close to unusable is just crazy. You can't stream... The purpose of this app is to stream movies and you can't. It's lacking, loading, going into black screen and I could go on. It's unreal how bad this app and service is. It's basically useless and that doesn't matter if you use the mobile app, smart TV app or web.

There's nothing wrong with the application. However the content and the subscription pricing is completely absurd. New movies are not updated frequently, and existing content is useless unless you have kids who loves Disney programs. I find it worthless compared to other OTTs out there.

Signed up for the basic package, which says I can log in on 3 devices with 1 program running. But it only works on my phone and won’t let me use it on any other device, even though it’s not running anywhere else. So annoying, feels like a scam

i live in malaysia I buy subscription to watch Hindi dubbed content most of the movies and series have Hindi dubbed available but most of the series like Net Geo not showing in hindi language in malaysia only a few famous movies and series are in hindi, I think region is problem. They should give us choice to change region . Overall it's good just lack of Hindi content also not showing hotstar content not worth for me
