I repeat again - stop forcing app updates. Keep it lean and functional. Your app anyway has very limited use. Keep it simple and useful, that's it. Don't drive away good customers with bad and unnecessary tech choices. You are selling coffee and food, focus on that.

Happy with the suggested fix, however, there should be a way to auto clear stuck up carts. Starting a month back I am bugged by the error in the screenshot. It reads cart items updated based on selected store

Unable to order via app. It keeps popping the message that cart items are added based on currently selected store and doesn't proceed further.

Edit: I checked and the issue has been fixed. Kudos to the dev team for prompt resolution. Thank you! The app has become unusable since last 2 weeks. Each time I try adding any item to cart, I'm met with the prompt: "Cart items are updated based on the currently selected store" I have tried clearing the cache, force stopping the app, reinstalling till now. Nothing worked. Resultantly, I'm forced to visit the store to place an order.

Buggy app, terrible customer support. First, their store staff doesn't mark transactions as 'completed' in their system, so your app doesn't reflect it. If you ask them to do it, they take a photo and say it'll be done at the backend, and that never happens. If you email them your concern, they string you along for months, saying "it's been forwarded to the relevant team" on repeat, but the team is incompetent so you lose out on all level-up benefits associated with ordering through the app.

Superb cafe, excellent ambiance and staff, exquisite food and drinks. Words really fall short of praising the cafe for all aspects since it's my favorite and go-to place to remind and get some inspiration and motivation. Keep up the good work and God bless you all!!! :)

It's much better than the other alternatives given the pricing and facilities, but definitely lacks consistency in customer service throughout all its stores. All the beverages and desserts are best in class. The only problem is no or rather lack of regard for feedback and poor customer service experience. Makes it difficult to stay loyal to the brand.

Garbage app. Doesnt open ~50% times when i am in the cafe even with fast internet...spoils the experience rather than giving loyalty benefits...hope someone takes notice and fixes this...
