I like the watch, I enjoy that it changes time zone while traveling (sorta). There are features that I don't like about it though. In order to adjust the time zone you have to go into the app everyday, a massive majority of the supposed app features for the watch do not work and aren't accessible for my phone type overall I guess. It's not a bad watch overall it just doesn't have all the features I was hoping for when I purchased it. Plus all my notifications just show up as text messages.

I purchased my watch in August after my previous watch died unexpectedly. Sadly, I have never been able to get this app to work correctly. It constantly crashes. I am only able to track my information if I disconnect, reconnect and refresh daily. Even with the app not functioning, it drains my phone battery. I read other reviews and followed the steps but I have to do that almost daily to get it to work. After 6 weeks, I gave up and stop connecting it to the app. Very disappointing!

I dont feel vibrations on Sport 3. (Power Savings Mode is off.) Alarms, Find my watch, Notification alerts & Hydration reminders dont alert me. (Weak vibration might be a defect). I feel a vibration only when I toggle Power Savings button via Quick Settings. Also I have had many issues with the app. Now, I can't update Height and Weight ... it says Failure. Horrible experiences. Thank goodness I have Wear OS watches also!

Constant crashes. Poor visability. Many features do not work at all. This app is the worst! I have had to uninstall and reinstall 8 times, and I have only had it for 1 week! It will not stay connected to the watch. You can not view your stats history. Most of the screens you can not even see the whole thing, so you can't read the data it actually did collect correctly. It has never read the O2. Sleep every once in a while actually records sleep. Please do NOT buy this watch!

Update : 9/4/24 the love tap option disappeared from app. Why? Nice watch for price point. I think the app leaves a bit to be desired, it has basic needs. The love tap option doesn't work, which is very disappointing. Even when the person has been added and request has been accepted. I tried to shut everything off and restart but it has not changed. I love that you can change the watch screen design. I wish it had other location options. Like it could tell you on a map where the watch is.

Edit: Now I seem to be signed out of the app, and it WON'T send the verification code to my email to reset my password. New app disconnects my watch daily. Not much actually gets counted. Definitely not happy with the new app. Edit: still does not work after uninstalling and reinstalling updated app. Still disconnects all the time. Worthless. Bring back old app.

The new app is great when my watch actually connects. I charge it every 4-5 days, and it will disconnect every time. I will try several times to reconnect, go through troubleshooting, etc. Then, sometime during the night, it will magically reconnect. It will even randomly disconnect throughout the day, but won't reconnect. All the while, sending me notifications to connect my watch. It's very frustrating. Honestly, I could live without the app.

The watch works but aap has not worked for 2 years. I've worked with C.S. who has advised multiple times the app would be up and running but this NEVER happens. Lots of promises and no deliveries! The latest was 2 months ago. I've sent screenshots of problems on S22 ultra and I'm shocked a customer has to continue waiting.. Time to buy a replacement watch! Clearly the app interface is NOT compatible with S22 ULTRA...if I-TOUCH hasn't fixed it by now then will it ever be fixed?
