Long lag when selecting monitor and actually displaying anything. Or just gets a system error. When trying to receive a call at the door the lag is so great that you cannot answer. When trying to playback recordings, either a system error or just sound with a green image. Please improve this app! Feel like the whole intercom system was a waste of money! We installed because it came with a phone app, the wall plate will almost never be used in reality.

To people that want to buy an intercom and use this app: It looks like a beta app. It almost never works correctly. The time to load and open the camera is more than a minute, only if it doesn't throw an error, which is not often. Very bad implementation, UI, interaction and experience. I don't recommend it at all. EDIT 10/23/20: The app is useless. It won't open because "system is in use", even if no one is using it.

Barely ever works. Most of the time it loads forever and then nothing. If you get a call it will notify you but never connect to show any video or audio, or let you opne the gate. The interface is 90s style top. Just terrible, and a waste of money on the wall device with this non-functioning app. Please fix this horrible app. Wasted too much money on your useless intercom without a functioning app.

Never works as expected even after a year of use and upgrades to the station.. The app itself needs a major overhaul. It takes TOO long to respond once someone is at the front door. Most of the time the app prompts an error when trying to pick up the call, and when trying to manually use it, it's busy with another operation. We end up running to the panel 90% of the time b/c it just does not work. If anyone is looking for a reliable intercom system, look elsewhere. This is a dissapointment.

It's simply not fit for purpose. Won't connect to the monitor even when my phone is using the same WiFi. Will ring my phone but then take ages to connect, by which point the person ringing it has walked off. I got aiphone thinking they were the market leaders in this sector but their tech has been woeful. Station unable to search for updates, poor assistance from technical support. Will never, ever buy aiphone again. Still the same over a year later.

Works great with clear audio and video. I installed this system with a JO master station and two JO door stations. The video is clear and the audio works great on both ends. This was a very economical solution, very easy to install and set up. The mobile app was easy to set up and very straight forward so very little training was necessary for the end user.
A Google user
App was not tested with iPhone or Android devices. Tried connecting using my Android phone, and could not get the "monitoring" function to connect on WiFi or Cellular Data. Video recordings also didn't play back. Tried on partners iPhone. Video recordings played, but the monitoring still did not work. Also tried pressing the door bell to test it, and no video was displayed, nor any sound!

Very slow at connecting even when I'm in the same room as the intercom. If someone activates the intercom from the gate and I'm not in the house to answer at the intercom, by the time it rings on my phone and connects to the gate, they have left assuming I'm not home. I have an app for my wifi cameras and have no problem connecting to them fairly quick.
