App asked me several times for upload of credit card & driving license although the old ones were still valid! No information about liability in case of accident. I called the phone support for clarifications and they told me they have no idea and thet I should ask by email. I did but received no reply. Finally the system does not allow you to reserve a car in advance which is a huge inconvenience and is offered by other companies for 10+ years.

For Sofia, the combination of Spark and Public transportation, makes owning a city car or a car, at all, obsolete! It's that good! Support is fast and helpful, so that's another big plus! I do have to admit, that Spark likes increasing the prices, and they may hurt themselfals, but until the threshold of price / comfort / ease is crossed, Spark (Ride share) is a must have!

The cars were always okay and abundant. Prices and regular support were also okay in general. I would like to use Spark again. My reason for low rating is that the underlying data model probably cannot cope with real life. My driving license expired (I have a new one) and I changed my last name. So my account was blocked. Getting my membership active again has a been a huge pain. I would like to be a returning customer but getting to that has proven difficult. Edit: got access after reviewing

3 stars because this app used to be good. Now it's full of hidden fees, costs more than other transports, taxis included. Consider that with this service every time you need to invest time parking. With other means of transportation that problem doesn't exist. I also had technical problems with the cars at least 5 times. Usually, it happened in rushed circumstances and that gave me lots of problems. Used to be great, up to 2021, I used it a lot. Then quality just went down more and more.

The deleted my account after 180 days of inactivity. Lost all my points and had to re-register. Got money taken for registration this time. License card renewal is a pain. The cars GPS is full of flows, some cars are unable to start on a first try. Its unable to stop sessions from your or operator side... and after all the signals , car is fine no refund. Lost 1hour dealing with the car and call center, at the end they couldnt lock their car so i had to lock it with key and take it with me..

I had good experience with the app so far. Now the app prompts to use 2FA, but doesn't accept the phone number due to invalid format. However, the format is actually correct. Please fix this.

It used to be a great service, now they have no coverage in Plovdiv and their charges for travel between Sofia and Plovdiv render the service useless and uncompetitive. Shame as this used to be a nice transportation alternative. Deleting the app due to the hidden high costa and fees. Very dissapointing.
