For me, it appears to work only as a clean install. After closing and opening it again, there is only a flickering screen, no functionality... This issue is persistent from around August 2024.

no english translation. Im an international student. i get it why there isnt. but then make every landlord make a contract for all utility costs. i had to contract with essent my self... anyways had a great experiance

It works... of course there is improvement possible (like changing the charts to have cost on their axis)... but! not a bad app as far as I used it.

A fine app, without too many issues usually. Just tried the chat function and it doesn't work: it asks for my permission to store the chat but when I click on "agree" it does nothing. Also, I have a feature request/suggestion for the app: please show the daily/monthly average temperature in the same graph as the gas and electricity consumption. This will make usage patterns much clearer

The app is not working most of the time , it is so poor in total, compare to the apps of two other major companies, for me it doesn't show the daily usage price also, only monthly it keeps loging out by itself. The developers should try more on presentation, stability and etc. Uninstalled it, you easily can use website, because the app is absolute useless

Always asking to activate my email. After it says it has activated my email I try to log in. It again asks to activate my email!!! This goes round and round for ever - grrrrr! Terrible. Tried everything - impossible to login. Tried to change my password - used the one I knew - said I cannot use the same one as the old - ie it knew my old password! Impossible to login - deleted Essent. (It is not called Essent which makes it even more confusing!)

Login via browser doesn't work as well. Also the app doesn't show me anything useful. Can't see my energy data due to some server bug that was told to me on the phone month ago and it's still not fixed. After this contract ends I am moving to another provider. Bye.

Ok app, just 2 bad that the Nsure reader is not supported like in the home app. Faster results then 4 days wait for the data to be filled. Update: only getting data for 1 day per week or i have to wait weeks for results. With the thuisapp (now discontinued) I could see it instantly. Very bad step from Essent!
