Useful app! One annoyance is that the prices that at are shown in the list overview do not correspond with the prices shown if you look at a specific car. For example in the list overview you'll see a car listed for €20,10 per half day, but if you click on it it shows the car actually costing €33,32 per half day. Just show the actual price in the list overview instead of misleading your customers! :)

Incredibly stupid app. Bookings randomly disappear. Can't add extra driver (no error feedback). Upon creating an account it doesn't say you need to verify a bank account, it randomly pops up after pushing other buttons. Not even proper validation of the bank account if it contains spaces. Even the password field has a reveversed reveal button. I can't believe they make you pay a commission for using this retarded app!

Renting cars is a breeze but UX/service is a nightmare. Textboxes are barely editable on phone (only 256 characters allowed for questions, really?), chatbot is really lagging with fixed answer options and makes simple mistakes (answers in English even though I selected Dutch) and there is no way to contact human support directly. Please have a thorough look at your service components Snappcar, because it's riddled with simple bugs.

App looks very good and would be easy to use but on my device it gets stuck every 20 seconds and then my phone shows that it is not responding

Easy to use, car as advertised. Very smooth keyless check in and check out process.

They steal 10€ just for verifying your account, but they only mention it after you have uploaded your driving license. What a joke, no app charges to verify your account. Now I see why so many reviews about hidden costs. But I did not use it, I'm not paying to be verified, there are other car rental apps.

No active support!!!! Avoid! They have only phone support DURING you car rental. If you have any issue before or after (for example double payment charge, as it is with me) then you have a chatbot to ask without any helpfull answer. This is against Dutch regulation that a live support agent phone number must be accessible on the website without chatbot activities! .. and they are even admitting this openly on the support page "no active booking? Look helpcenter for answeres". AVOID!

Couldn't sign up. I inputted my USA phone number which I later found out isn't accepted. Then I tried using my European phone number but it gave me an error.
