The application is good to initiate and transact smoothly investment to NPS. I have a feedback towards improving the app. Kindly display also the total invested amount and total current valuation on the dashboard. Currently it shows only total current valuation. So the investor doesn't get exact investment amount which he had contributed throughout the year. This can be added through menu option according to FY with both the values. Hoping I make sense.

- UI is not clean. - App shows limited information in complex way, hard to find details. - There is no way you can check past growth of funds, even after having so much data. - They don't event show overall percentage growth or XIRP for account.

Old app was decent. But this new updated app doesn't show rate of returns on my contributions. There should be an easy way to check what's my contributions Vs what's the current value of my investment. This is reply to your response. 1. In investment section , it directly shows the Units, NAV, amount I'm holding in each fund scheme. But XIRR/ ROR is not visible. 2. The link you've provided to check YouTube video says " video currently not available" .

App is not working post update, please do testing of appliaction before launching any update, reset password module, loading profile all taking very long time and appliaction is not working. Kindly work to atlest we can make payment and don't add any UI module which is properly not tested.

This "new" app has more aesthetically pleasing and more modern looks but actual use experience is HORRIBLE. Why make things so difficult to see for your customers?T previous app was slow, but at least it had easy markers that allowed us to navigate to the section we wanted to look at. Whoever designed and approved this disaster should be FIRED. I am offended at how the makers think Government servants (and corporate users) should be satisfied with such shoddy design. Horrible UX/UI.

After the recent update there is a filthy landing page which shows some old people. It looks really unprofessional app. And is the app only for old people?? Do you think that showing old people images on the landing page will attract more audience? Previous version was professional. But this is really very filthy. Rest, the app works well. I dont see any login issues that I used to face in previous version. Please remove the landing image if possible. It gives me nightmare.

There is some issue with the release when they changed the entire application lookout. The UPI payment transaction never gets successfully completed, the page keeps on buffering even though the payment is successful over the UPI App. The session gets expired and after 1-2 days, I get NPS contribution sms. (My UPI application used for nps contribution - GPAY)

I have been trying to do inter-subscriber switching from cams nps to protean for months because of my employer choosing protean. They have the worst support and bureaucracy. It takes ages to get something done. If you are planning to start an nps account, choose someone else. It's been months and there is still no resolution. Please don't use Protean.
