not liking Spark mobile costings at all. costing me a fortune just to use my phone when outside WiFi and the data is on casual rates and $20 is running out every 2 days. Feeling ripped off. Spotify is going up again next month after increasing this month. the data is not rolling over and is now capped. going to change provider - simplest solution.

Signed up to a pay monthly plan. Then spark said it would be sorted and ready to use in 15 minutes. I haven't had any connection ever since. Emergency calls only. Chatted on their app when I had wifi and they just apologized for the inconvenience? No solution apart from we've passed it on. 2 days now. I've changed to one and asked spark to reject my request to this plan and have had no communication. I won't be paying any bills from this ball ache...update, how am I supposed to ring..

Just got a message from spark that spotify prices are going up AGAIN. This is on top of that it used to be half price but is now only 10% off. When getting a new device recently I was forced to change plans as the one I had and was very happy with no longer existed. This latest price increase is the straw that broke the camels back and this lot can take a long walk off a short pier with an anchor necklace. I'm changing providers.

I am having trouble loading my card on the app to pay my bills on the day the account is due. I have even been into the shop, twice and everything they have done has failed. Still having to pay manually every time

Update in 2024. I think I've finally had enough of Spark altogether, all focussed mostly around this app and website. I can't load the app on my phone at all anymore. It has been weeks, the app just doesn't work on my modern phone anymore. I found a charge on my card from Spark for my mobile. Weird, considering I checked days earlier to ensure my auto top-up was off. This scam company has set two auto top-up options. One at the top of your account, and a 2ND right at the bottom easily missed.

Doesn't work. Downloaded to check connection as fibre speed has dropped to near zero. But it keeps crashing when it gets to checking home network. Then when you follow the "browse help" link then "solve broadband speed issue" and "message us" by tapping the QR code, it just loops you back to the app login page. Terrible app and worse website for such a major mainstream company.

The application isn't working anymore, saying "No internet. Poor network connection, please check you connectivity" Whereas I got full reception/high speed internet. I uninstall/reinstall, nothing work :( Just for you to know Otherwise, I have been super happy so far 👌

Terrible! Every month I top up so my plan can roll over. I'm sure enough that top up needs to be followed up with an unnecessary call to let spark know to add my plan on again. It's happened every single month for over half a year. I'm so tempted to move to another reliable network. FIX THIS SPARK!
