Love the idea but it is frustrating when it has you review the same name 3 or 4 times at the same place on the page, without moving to a new highlight. It would also be nice to have more instruction before starting. I only found I could say incorrect highlight or not a person because I was curious what the flag meant. A lot of people probably don't know. I would also like to be able to edit the name while zoomed out so I can see the whole name.

Having to press the back button is time consuming for this activity. Then you have access to the match button. If I tap on the word block where I am to verify the match I am able to type in the correct letters. I was not even going back to the edit button to type in the correct letters. Did it save the my work or send it to the next person? A little bit more instructions would help. If you are using the computer to write instructions, the usumtion of knowing all steps is not serving well. Thanks

It's fun to use. Features I like include the ability to zoom out and see more text. I have two features to request: the ability to go back to a previous name, and the ability to change the contrast and balance of the displayed image. One thing that wasn't clear to me at first was that the "enter" key on my keyboard was meant to be used for entering "match" after editing.

I'm not sure how to rate this. I love the idea, and want to help where I can. However, the app is huge and takes up way too much space on my phone. It's easily twice as big as the next biggest app. I'm planning to delete the app as soon as I finish helping my favorite state's census project. There are a lot of other things I'd rather have on my phone.

I installed the app in April & successfully used it to do thousands of names between April & June, but then at the end of June, it just stopped working for me. For the past couple weeks, it just shows an error message and tells me to try again later whenever I try to review names. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling it and still get the same error message. Logging in today, it is only showing Spanish as the language option a s records from Spanish-speaking countries! Where's the English option?

Name review is awesome! It has never been easier to help people find their ancestors -- including your own with the search by name and by country features! You can help add and correct names on the go with your smartphone -- it typically only takes a couple seconds per name and you can do hundreds in an hour! Very engaging!

I love the app, along with the computer online version. It's a great way to pass the time, asking with helping others learn their genealogy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because some places aren't available. For example, within the United States of America, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa are not there. I'm sure there are more, but these are the ones I noticed. Otherwise, great app.

I love it because you can review a bunch of records or a few, depending on your time or inclination. I took off a start because I haven't been able to get it to work for the last week or two - it just says that an error has occurred and to try again later. I have reinstalled it, but it still gives me the same error.
