Constantly won't log out, have to delete app off phone to log out so next shift can log in. Constantly freezes and slow, very slow. Update: I recently upgraded phones and the app works a lot better, but still not great. Now it logs me out randomly. Also, now we added the Genie to our trucks and guess what, most won't pair to my phone, calibration is off, Genie randomly jumps or quits reading, mostly when almost full. App gets a half star, Genie gets a half star to equal the one star review....

This app is garbage It might be good for O.T.R. Does not belong in the oil and gas field. 80%of our roads are rough terrain. Are trailers pressure up to load and unload. And the box all loose signal. The genies don't connect. The trailers only stay calibrated for a few loads. Mine has never worked. Down loaded all updates and still half the features aren't available.

I'd be fired if I was as reliable as Gemini. The app functions like it was designed on a hangover Monday. I'd be willing to bet that Gemini updates only get approved for download if they're submitted on a Friday because the Android/Apple stores don't want to deal with it on Monday. But it's a nice touch to use a Genie lamp in the app. It seems like I'd need to rub one and use 1 of 3 wishes for the app to function like it was intended. That 5 star review was probably paid for.

If you are begining at a place of employment that requires the use of this app I would advise you to inform them you will be looking for employment elsewhere. This app is an absolute nightmare. If I could give a lower rating I would. It doesn't work 80% of the time. This app literally is a henderance and BKV would do well to get rid of it.

it sucks! genie dont work half the time! cant log in! at best its unreliable!! $1300.00 5g phone later and it still sucks! Won't pair up at all now!

This app sucks the battery, I can't text anyone while the app is running when I'm done using the app I have to restart my phone. The app will come up and say I need internet to continue and I will have 5 G and 5 bars. Unfortunately I have to have this app to work .this app just plain sucks it's not user friendly at all
