App won't log in and keeps crashing! This app has been buggy, slow, and clunky for as long as I can remember. Doesn't give me confidence that the backend handling medical data is any better than the obnoxious front-end. Can't even access my medical information!

This is one of the best healthcare apps on the planet. It notifies you of any and everything. It allows you to communicate with your doctor(s) directly. You can set appointments, manage billing, the whole 9 yards.

Virtual visits cause errors and constantly fail. I can not get a virtual visit! App has been reinstalled multiple times. Doctors appointments do not load on the app. Galaxy Ultra 24. Doctor on demand with my cigna was 100x better. Please figure this out IMH

Way better app than I expected! Well put together and easy to navigate. Only thing I had questions on was I didn't realize I could set a payment plan myself, you have to actually click "pay" first. I'd suggest adding the button for "Payment Plan" being on the same page right below "Pay"

This ER, and let me say I have been to probably 50 plus different ERs over my lifetime, because I have a lot of health problems, is the best one by far!!! They are so amazing, I can't even believe it! I am a frequent flyer there, so they know me, and they have my bracelet ready before I'm practically even in the doors. The doctor, get this, is there within 2 minutes. There is no triage. They just take you straight back to a bed. Unbelievable! Go there. You won't be disappointed.

The app is terrible. None of the notes load. You can't pay bills through it, and they don't even show you all of your bills in the app. It is pointless to have a billing section that doesn't even show you all of your bills. That only ends up making people miss payments because they thought everything was good as seen in the app. The company is pushing the use of the app, but it doesn't function.

I haven't had any issues with the app yet. I've been able to see test results, talk to my doctor, and set appointments with ease.
