Online bus ticket buying doesn't always work. I bought a bus ticket online and it worked, I bought another ticket and it still hasn't reached my inbox after one hour. They only chose to tell me it takes at least an hour afterthe purchase, and I had to wait extra for buses. Also they say buses leave very 10-20 minutes but this doesn't apply in the morning, when it takes a lot more until you get a bus.

Update: App now works. Great timing and good team! Registration for payment is not working. It says that the emails don't match, even though they do. And this is one day before the event. Kind of useless.

Useless app. Cannot add festival tickets, cannot top up card, the only thing it does is send ads via push notifications. Also hangs for no reason.

wristband registration does not work. I filled in all the fields, but I keep getting an error regardin one field or another being empty.

The map of the 2021 event was not properly updated, the stage icons were the same as experience icons. Should invest more time/resources in QA.

A festival that makes you install an app to see the schedule and then keeps spamming you with ads.. Very disappointing.
