The charging from the app crashes most of the times, though the charging itself is being processed. This is happening because the app doesn't open the BankID app to authorize the transaction and instead is going through an internet browser. But the most annoying is at the last day of charging when the app should generate a notification and/or Telenor should send an SMS too. Is useless if I get an SMS only after the period is over, because then the data amount is lost instead of being reported.

Having an issue with adding payement. I succesfuly finish off the 3D (verified by VISA) part, and then the app just shows a blue screen with a looping circle... which goes on forever. I'd love to make use of the get the 6th ladda for free, but as things are now, I won't be getting the benefit.

My husband cannot install this app because his phone play store is locked to another country. It is locked because he paid for Duolingo app to learn Swedish one month before moving to Sweden. Telenor, please end this discriminatory practice and allow installing the app for other countries! Also, how about dual sim phones with sims from different countries??

Okay, I am here, because another Telenor app asked me to install this to top up my card... Thanks. No options to top up without login. You are logging in here with a... pincode? You can restore pin through sms to your phone. What's the point of login then? Much security. In that app you feel how they want you to subscribe to monthly payments. In 3d secure payment they didn't show me the final price of top up. No confirmations in app about payment or login because of "white screen issue". GG

telenors customers should always bexable to co tact customer service even if no data availsble. I lost all my data because i was late to top up and was in the middel of highway in cold and could not top up or call customer service. this is simply stupid. Customer should always be able to top up even with no zero data.

it is absolutely worthless and getting worse for every passing year. Telenor is evidently trying to force out all their "kontantkortskunder" and force them into subscriptions. Telenor used to be such a great company... to bad...

Terrible app I would never usually rate applications but this has been one of the worst experiences I have had. Nearly impossible to save card details, nearly impossible to update subscription, why make it so difficult?

The last update make it worse. Somehow expiry date disappeared, the interface isn't user friendly and it is too ugly.
