Your app is terrible on the move. Firstly, it needs to be in the network to activate the NUSafe green sign. Otherwise, it will show red most of the time. Next, the university's network coverage is annoyingly terrible. I have had so many disruption for the past two years in multiple devices and terminals. It will turn out like intermediate disconnection but a d/c nonetheless. Now, because of this lack of coverage, esp at bus stops, the NUSafe section takes FOREVER to register!

The application definitely makes it more user friendly to record and submit temperature, instead of visiting the website. Logging is hassle free with biometric option. Is it possible to capture photo of the thermometer readings while taking temperature? That will make the process even smoother as we are expected to keep a photo record. Thanks for the app! After recent update, the app's reminder system doesn't seem to work. As a result I ended up missing submission of my temperature a few times.

Worst app ever. Logged into the app just to get into the swimming pool. After I pressed the "log in" button, instead of logging me into the app, the screen just refreshed and redirected me to the log in page again. Waited for around 15 mins just to get in. Is it really necessary to do this just to get into the pool considering there's a gantry there. And there was NO ONE there at that time!

Tried to access of of the addition functionalities linked to it (Discover tab); while it is a good idea to have a place to access all of NUS' different things, unfortunately, first of all it asked me to log in (seems redundant given I already logged into the app) and secondly, I couldn't log in at all because for some reason it messed with my keyboard and i couldn't click "\"

My phone doesn't let me connect onto NUS_STU / NUS as it required me to input a domain, and the guides didn't suggest how I can work around it. I'm unable to obtain a green pass to check into canteens without being on the WiFi network. Will be good to provide a QR code as an alternative to the green pass for people with inability to connect to WiFi.

Small uiux suggestions for great experience improvement 1. Auto-prompt biometric if I already selected login with biometric. So I dont need to click on the small button to trigger that. 2. Put the HEALTH DECLARATION button at bottom nav bar. Easier for people to tap on that with one hand. 3. Make "SUCCESSFUL DECLARE" message BIG and GREEN. like how singpass app displayed "checked in" u know. Now it display at bottom and i will need to scroll down everytime. 4. Make all buttons bigger.

Stop asking to (1) track my location (2) record audio (3) access other things on my decide that are unrelated to temperature taking. Despite saying "do not allow" and checking the "do not ask again" box, I am repeated prompted to grant this app permission. Not only is this an invasion of my privacy it is clearly unnecessary and annoying.

With the enhanced uNivUS app, you will need to comply with the following to obtain a GreenPass on your NUSafe app when you are on campus: a. Install the TraceTogether app; b. Turn on the Bluetooth function; c. Connect to NUS Wi-Fi from your mobile device; d. and Adhere to all existing requirements for a GreenPass, for example, complete your health and temperature declaration. This goes against the guidelines set by the play store.
