App is really rough. It requires authentication every time I switch to it and loads for several seconds between open, fingerprint, loading doors list, and finally I get to unlock the door. 12 seconds per door all day long is frustrating when every other modern app is able to preserve authentication at least while open if not indefinitely. User account management on the server is tough and the app and server don't agree on the rules for username. There is no password reset/recovery in the app.

WHEN this app works, it's awesome. Unfortunately, "working" has become the exception, not the rule. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, restarted my device, done all the usual tricks - it tells me I have an invalid username or password, but I know that's not correct, because it's the same information I use to login on the computer. Excessively frustrating.

Thankfully it works on Android. The features that are there work pretty well but there is too much missing. It's a good start. - 1. There is no way to see door status - 2. You cant acknowledge alarms - 3. You can see events and you can search but you can't filter. More importantly you can't display events by door unless you search by the specific door name. We have 100 doors, too much in the log without filtering. - 4. You can add and edit users but advanced security does not work.

When it works, it's great for what it does. Logging in is always iffy even with the latest update I'll get a site cannot be reached for unknown reason errors. I would like to see the ability to set a custom day from the app as every time we are closed for snow or have late starts I have to dig a computer out remote in just to set this. It lets me adjust the time zones but not apply a custom day which is just strange to me.

Can't Open any doors Switched product from Lite to Pro so that I could demonstrate the functionality to clients / potential clients. Everything works with the exception of opening doors. I have tried it with android and through the PC Web browser but neither work. I have contacted support and awaiting a reply.

The support from Paxton is always Fantastic.. However.... This App on Android used to work great but now hasn't for months.. Stuck in a login loop No amount of installing, uninstallibg or cache clearing will get past the login loop Come on Paxton.. This is a really handy app and it's letting you down big time Having to resort to a shortcut to the net2online Web page

Mostly good, biggest issue is roll call not auto updating. I'm sure it used to. The desktop app does so this should. Even a manual refresh would do rather than having to reopen it or toggle user info, both are silly. There's two arrows top right which seem to do nothing....? IOS version won't store sites after closing app....
