the device is abnormally hot and the sound got distorted when the device is at max volume and my phone volume is around 60%, even if i keep on changing the equalizer setting both on the device and my phone, and the worst part is, i can't save the equalizer setting i preferred in the apps,

Bought the machine then downloaded the app, Doesn't matter how many times you try it just doesn't connect to Bluetooth or the USB. Tried it on various phones in my family didn't connect once to Bluetooth. Sent mine back as the people I bought it from off ebay admitted they knew about the problem with the software. I asked why they were still selling the item if they knew the software didn't work, I didn't get an answer just my money refunded. A waste of time. If I could give it no stars I would.

Device stopped working with app yesterday. Today it says an app is needed. I Uninstaller the previous app and re-download it and I'm still getting the same notice. Cannot pair without app. But the app says its connected, but still can't pair it to blue tooth

It won't take a password. Can't find a manual. Alarm is set and can't turn it off. How do you factory reset these things???? At least, what is the default password?

Doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy S10+. App cuts off instantly as soon as you try to run!

Radio and speakers sound great just did not come with instructions so trying to pair my phone I'm having a lot of trouble if anybody has any information I would definitely appreciate it

Tha app gives additional equilizer control, has a default password of 0000 (written on the user manual to the sound system) allows me to ride safely and make calls with my phone in the bag😂😂
