The app is terrible. I never want to place any order to be delivered in 2 - 3 days. I want my order when I order it. The app constantly changes from delivery now to delivery 2-3 days. I have to keep checking it hasn't changed. On 9 or 10 times, it's switched without me noticing, then I have to cancel it and reorder. I'm an IT consultant of over 30 years experience. I know how these things should work. I've written software like it myself ffs. It also locks up at the checkout frequently.

The developers of this app overlooked a common potential situation. The email address originally used for this app is now defunct. Upon forgetting the password, I cannot get back into the app. But worse, I cannot create a new account with a new email address, because when I insert my phone number, it replies that this phone number is already in use. So because of this flaw, I CANNOT HAVE a My Dan’s account. There is no admin I can go to to get this situation resolved. Pathetic design.

Ever since they went to enforced MFA, the app hasn't worked properly. When you do manage to login it's barely passable (hence 2 stars). Can no longer share my login and member card with my spouse (ie we can't look at the same screen from different locations) which is a pain. Deleted app and went back to website which is only marginally better. Using stocard and shopfully apps instead and joining others in doing majority of shopping elsewhere. Even found Heineken zero cheaper elsewhere recently.

I don't know why this rubbish app can even get a 4.4 rating. The log in process is the worst I have ever experienced. You need to log in every couple of days, starting with your email verification, then your phone SMS verification. After you've done everything, the app starts thinking whether to let you in or not. Highly possibly, it stucks.

Needs improvement for a better user experience. Stuck in an authentication loop as it emails verification codes, which causes the app to close (Android). Logging in again then requires another authentication code, app close and the fun continues. Had to get the code from another device in order to log in. Thankfully, I was not in a queue and needing to log in at the time.

I became frustrated as I had to reset my password and jump numerous hurdles before I could impulse buy. I then lost the impulse to buy and went to BWS instead. I was invited to rate the app after this experience, perhaps it is not the best time to ask me because in general the app works well so I can order from and pick up while I am out and about.

Another rubbish app that doesn't work first time everytime which is what I expect in this day and age. When trying to log in, just keeps saying the session has expired. I cleared the cache and made no difference. Apps soon get deleted on my phone when they don't work first time everytime. Life is too short to muck around with rubbish apps. Update . The recent update has done nothing to enable me to login to the app. It's still a piece of rubbish that developers have no clue about.

Terrible app, for some reason over the last few months when I open it, there is a message stating: Session Expired Your session is expired. Please login. OK It then goes on a permanent loop after clicking OK. IT DOES NOT OPEN Waste of time
